ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN?
We care about animals and are pet owners ourselves. Therefore, all our products are vegan. Our vegan products are marked with a vegan logo.
DO YOU USE FILLER MATERIAL?
We do not use any filler material where possible. In the case that we do, we opt for the all-natural options. For example, we use rice bran as filler material in our Immune+ product.
DO YOUR PRODUCTS WORK?
The legal restrictions for health claims on supplements are very strict. Therefore, we cannot make any direct statements regarding the actual efficacy of our product. We seek your understanding and emphasize that we rely heavily on scientific research. For further questions, please consult your doctor.
WHERE DO YOUR RAW MATERIALS COME FROM?
When choosing our raw materials, quality is our top priority. We source our raw materials from different countries to achieve the highest possible quality. If you are interested in the ingredients of a specific product, please feel free to reach out to us via mail.
WHAT IS THE BEST BEFORE DATE OF YOUR PRODUCTS?
Generally, the best-before date is 2 years from the day they are produced. The best before date of our current batch is June 2022. We recommend storing our products in a cool and dry place after opening.
DO I NEED TO STORE YOUR PRODUCTS IN THE FRIDGE?
Storing your Nature Leaf products in the fridge is not mandatory. Simply keep them in a dry and cool place after opening.
WHAT IS HYDROXYPROPYLCELLULOSE?
Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC) is made from cellulose fiber—it is completely plant-based and vegan. All of our products are made with HPMC capsules.

All our products are produced, sealed, packed and tested in Germany.

CAN I TAKE YOUR SUPPLEMENTS PERMANENTLY?
All our products are suitable for long-term use. Please read specific product descriptions carefully to ensure that you do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Please consult your doctor prior to using Nature Leaf supplements if you have any preexisting conditions, take medications and if you are pregnant or lactating.

Returns and Refunds

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened with all seals in place. For change of mind returns, please ensure that the item’s packaging is unopened and undamaged. For other return reasons, please return the items in their original packaging.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
To start a return, you can contact us at support@nature-leaf.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that you will need to pay for shipping of your returns.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@nature-leaf.com if the item is defective or damaged so that we can make it right.
HOW DO I RECEIVE THE REFUND?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
ARE THERE ANY ITEMS I CANNOT RETURN?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any return items where you have removed any of the seals.

CAN I RECYCLE THE PRODUCT PACKAGING?
Our bottles are made from PET and can be recycled. In fact, we strongly encourage you to recycle your Nature Leaf bottle for the benefit of the environment.
HOW DO YOU ENSURE THE TRANSPORT OF YOUR PRODUCT IS CARBON NEUTRAL?
We calculate the carbon emissions of each shipment according to weight, volume, distance and vehicle CO2 emissions and compensate for these emissions by buying carbon certificates supporting projects in developing nations.
WHICH INITIATIVES DO I SUPPORT BY BUYING A NATURE LEAF PRODUCT?
For every 150 bottles of Immune+ you buy we will plant one tree with the the Plant-A-Tree Programme in Singapore. Additionally, we compensate for the carbon emissions the transport of our products causes through CO2 certificates supporting climate conservation efforts in developing nations.
